About

This stunning and sophisticated chandelier, realized in the style of Barlas Baylar, is composed of an abundance of draped stainless steel chains suspended from demilune supports. These supports extend from a streamlined ovoid body which suspended from an ovoid canopy via two cylindrical rods. The body, canopy and rods of the piece are all created in lustrous polished chrome. This piece recalls the decadent elegance of the 1920s filtered through a modernist aesthetic. As a result, it would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Deco to contemporary. It would be especially stunning over a dining table or kitchen island. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent condition. The height can be adjusted to suit. It accommodates seven candelabra bulbs- providing up to 60 watts of light each- for a total of 420 watts of light. If one seeks greater luminosity, the fixture is also wired for LED. Excellent condition.
