This Mid-Century Modernist Console Table originates from the United States, Circa 1970. Featuring a demilune travertine marble top that rests on a base of two interlaced curved bands of chrome and brass. The mixed metals pair beautifully with the marble, subtly catching the ambient light and reflecting warm natural hues. The framework utilizes negative space creatively, the four outermost sections of the banded supports extend vertically from the floor to support the base of the table, then bend at a right angle leading to an upward or downward arch that intersects with the support in contrasting metal.
