They feature shades formed in solid carved alabaster with a curved lower section leading to three stepped tiers of skyscraper style detailing. The skyscraper detailing beautifully curves along the top edge of the sconces providing an excellent balance between rectilinear and rounded forms in the piece with elegant simplicity. The natural veining of the alabaster is subtle in contrast while remaining full of detail that rewards the eye for longer viewing and appreciation.
