This sophisticated pair of Mid-Century Modern lamps were realized in the United States circa 1960. They feature cylindrical bodies that taper at each end sitting on circular bronze enameled bases. The tops and necks of the lamps are honey hued while the body has handpainted vertical striations of fern and moss hues with sculptural accretions of white ceramic clay projecting from the body of the lamps. With its boldly idiosyncratic (and stunning) aesthetic, these lamps are sure to delight discerning collectors of Mid Century design, as well as those with a penchant for exquisite objects. They have been newly rewired to American standards and are in excellent vintage condition. The lamps come fitted with custom shades.
