Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern Sculptural Translucent Glass Vase by Orrefors

This elegant and sophisticated vase was realized by the esteemed midcentury Swedish glass studio, Orrefors, circa 1960. It features an ovoid form- with a concentric form of the same shape inlaid in the center- sloped shoulders and a narrow circular mouth. With its clean lines and beautiful artisanal construction, this piece is sure to delight discerning glass collectors of the period. It would be a winning addition to any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It is signed "Orrefors" on the base and is in excellent condition.
