This fine 1940s mirror- realized in America, circa 1945- features slightly convex borders in smoked mirror with scalloped and beveled edges. A geometric pattern, consisting of chain beveled detailing, delineates the central rectangular mirror from the smoked mirror that surrounds it. The panels are secured with floral nickel rivets. This mirror with its beautiful details throughout harkens back to an era of superlative American craftsmanship.
