This pair of silver plated peacocks- one male, one female- was produced by the renowned American maker Weidlich Brothers Manufacturing Company, circa 1930. They are simultaneously whimsical, elegant, and sophisticated- representing perfect objet d'art for adorning an occasional table or étagère. They are a great find for lovers of Art Deco or for anyone, really, looking for compelling objects to add an exciting touch to their interior design. They are inscribed on the bottom "W.B. MFG. Co. 2277 COPYRIGHT U.S.A." They are in excellent vintage condition.
