This stunning modernist elongated chandelier was handblown in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production. It offers an inverse volumetric trapezoidal form from which an abundance of translucent Murano discs hang offering only metallic inflections of the chrome frame that supports them. The handblown discs have unique subtle patterns suggestive of turbulent water. The chandelier attaches to the ceiling via two bullet form lustrous chrome canopies with chain (in the same material).
