This beautiful modernist decorative box was realized in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production. It features a volumetric rectangular body with a translucent Murano glass exterior and a amber glass interior. The amber form appears like a floating oval housed within the body of the box, and also has subtle hints of 24kt gold flecks.
