This sleek and elegant Mid Century Modern table was realized in the United States circa 1970. It features two dramatic v-form bases in brushed nickel sitting on volumetric rectilinear foundations of the same material. The rectangular side of the v-form bases have polished brass banding in relief running directionally down each side as well as subtle rectangular lips at their apex to gently support the translucent glass top that effortlessly floats atop. With its sophisticated mixture of metallic tones, clean modernist lines, and striking material constrasts throughout, this piece would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. It is in excellent vintage condition.
