This Mid-Century Modernist Hand-Blown Glass floor lamp is gorgeous and unique, created by one of the oldest and most esteemed companies on earth, Barovier T Tosso, originating from Italy Circa 1950. Known for centuries for their impecable craftsmanship, this piece features beautifully tapered sections of hand-blown translucent murano glass with etherial rings of viridian green that seem to float through the piece in a rarely observed dance of color, pushing the bounds of transparency and organic allusions within the timeless art of Hand-Blown Glasswork. The base is beautifully fluted, each section joined with a glass ball strewn with 24karat Gold flecks and rising to a monumental Custom silk shade diffusing the light and perfectly scaled to the body of the piece. Newly rewired to American Standards, fitted with custom shade and this piece in is Excellent Vintage Condition.
