This striking and iconic pair of Mid-Century Modern "Lady Arm Chairs" was realized by the inimitable and legendary Marco Zanuso in Italy circa 1950. Representing one of the most recognizable and celebrated forms in design history, these chairs feature dramatic amorphic kidney-shaped armrests with subtly cantilevered perimeters and gently undulating backs adorned with crested detailing at their apex.

The chairs have been newly reupholstered in a sumptuous eucalyptus velvet, which adds rich texture and understated elegance to their design. They sit on angular cylindrical black enamel legs with brass sabots, perfectly complementing their bold yet refined aesthetic.
