This lovely and sophisticated Pair of Art Deco Silvered Bronze Sconces W/Molded and Frosted Glass Shades originates from France, Circa 1930. Featuring a scalloped top edge to the glass shades, which slide gently into the silvered bronze shades. The frames have notched geometric detailing along the edge lending vibration and lovely contrast to the organic motifs in the frosted glass. With subtle raised grooves and serene quality from the frosted glass, these sconces are an excellent example of the materials and references utilized during the Art Deco era, sure to style brilliantly in a wide array of interiors and settings, from Art Deco to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards, and In Excellent Vintage Condition. Accommodates one candelabra based light bulb giving off up to 60 watts of light per sconce.
