This delightful Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Hand-Blown Murano Glass Table Lamps in White W/24 Karat Gold Flecks and Brass Fittings originates from Italy, Circa 1950. Featuring a tiered geometric polished brass base on which the body of the lamps rest, formed in Hand-Blown Murano glass with skirted detailing in ripples of translucent glass with 24 Karat Gold flecks dispersed throughout. This gold fleck detailing is also present on the body of the lamps, regularly dotted along subtle grooves forming a rounded body and then tapering as the piece rises to its shade. Topped with spun form polished brass finials that attach the custom fitted shades. This lovely pair will bring a light and elegant feel wherever placed, styling beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards, these lamps accommodates one Edison based socket per lamp casting up to 100 watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
