This unusual and stunning Mid Century Modern Murano vase was realized by the esteemed designer Carlo Scarpa for Venini in Italy circa 1960. It features a highly textural volumetric ellipsoid form with a channeled organic exterior surface imbued with 24kt yellow gold flecks lending it a semi opaque quality.
