This elegant Mid Century Modern floor lamp was designed by Paul McCobb in the United States circa 1950. it features an atomic tripod base with a cylindrical body all in polished brass. The lamp culminates in a domed textured white glass shade. This piece is a study in the perfect elegance of simple modern design, and appears as perennially modern today as when the lamp was designed over 70 years ago. The lamp has been newly rewired for American standards. It is in excellent vintage condition. The piece comes fitted with a custom shade.
