This dramatic pair of table lamps were realized in Murano, Italy- the islands off the coast of Venice that have been renowned for centuries for their superlative glass production. They feature organic incised patterns in a smoked caramel hue- resembling rivulets cleaved into the side of a rock formation- in handblown Murano gold mercury glass with brass fittings. These lamps are a beautiful example of modern Italian craftsmanship. They are as versatile as they are stunning, blending perfectly with any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. They have been fitted with custom shades. Excellent condition.
